Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Erika Beal and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a certified holistic health and wellness coach on a mission to help women accept their bodies, love their souls, make peace with food and create a life they love.

After being forced to retire from my career as a hairstylist before my 30th birthday, I found myself at a crossroads. Faced with mounting medical issues and no backup plan I had to make a choice. I could become the victim of my circumstances or create a life I love. I chose to create a life I love.

For me that meant it was time I accepted my body and made peace with food so I could put my energy into living out my purpose. I had been given a blank slate and I was going to make the most of it.

I like to break the rules, chart my own path, and live life on my own terms.  If you’re ready, I can help you do the same. You’ll feel comforted by my calm, positive energy. It’s my superpower. 

I help women take their power back from the diet industry that I was trapped in for so long. Believing I needed to lose weight to be worthy. Being in a love/hate relationship with food for as long as I could remember. It kept me small. It kept me from experiencing a truly joyful and fulfilled life. Freeing myself from these chains was the single biggest step towards true empowerment and control over my life. I want women everywhere to experience this power. It’s liberating.

By taking control of food, I took control of EVERYTHING in my life. No longer wasting precious time and energy waiting for my life to start once I lost weight or changed my body. You are enough just as you are, right in this moment, no matter what the scale says and I’m here to help you see that.
