What I Do


I help motivated women break free from the obsessive thinking about food and body to find THEIR sexy and unleash their true potential. I take a holistic approach with my clients, working on all aspects of their lives to create long lasting transformation where they can say good-bye to fad diets and body shame and hello to power and purpose. 

My Philosophy

I believe that being sexy means so much more than having the “perfect” body and it cannot be defined by anyone but the individual. Feeling comfortable in your own skin means more than just the reflection you see in the mirror or number you see on the scale.  Sexy is a feeling, not a look. It’s an attitude. A way of life. An energy. And it all starts with your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to try something new in an effort to re-connect with your inherent power as a woman. You won’t find your sexy by following a diet or staying trapped in the cycle of diet, restrict, rebel, repeat.

My Methods

I take my clients on a deep dive to explore deep rooted food and body image issues that have been keeping them from feeling sexy and unleashing their true potential. I privately coach clients 1:1, giving personal attention to each of them to help them discover what their healthiest, most empowered life looks like. I teach my clients how to prioritize regular self-care and to nourish themselves from a place of love, not hate. I take a holistic approach using food, mindset and mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle shifts as the foundation to an empowered and sexy life. 

My Goals

My biggest goal is to empower my clients to pursue all of the things that bring them joy. The things that make them feel most alive and excited about life. I want to help women break free from the diet culture we live in and take control of food so she can finally start living her life fully. When a woman finally feels freedom from dieting and an obsession with the scale, there’s no telling where her life will take her. I want women to feel sexy and empowered and like they are truly living up to their full potential. Health is defined by the individual and it involves so much more than food and exercise. I want women to live nourishing, balanced, fulfilling, joyful, energizing, and empowered lives.
